Iyengar style classes are complemented with a touch of Zen meditation, Acu-yoga,
Shiatsu, and music. Combo Yoga is yoga with weight training to increase
strength. Adrienne has worked in a clinical environment helping students with
degenerative diseases and other life traumas for over 3 years. She has been
training since 1979, and has studied Iyengar style yoga since 1986.
Adrienne was trained as a Montessori teacher in Europe, and currently teaches
yoga to children and to their teachers.
She teaches children ages 5 and up both privately and in-group settings.
She has taught yoga to dancers in dance studios for many years, and to
martial arts students in a taekwondo studio.
She teaches meditation workshops throughout the year.

The Yoga classes in Health Clubs are not an extra fee. They are included in your
monthly fee with access to the rest of the classes and facilities. All of my
other classes are held in a Corporate environment and not open to the public. -
